What impact will Cloud Computing have on philosophy and society as a whole?

I am interested to hear coments on how philosophy might change or be in the process of changing due to continued advances in technology. Cloud Computing seems to be moving forward and I think in time our digital lives will be almost exclusively in the cloud. So what will be the impact? YouTube for example, has had a huge impact on society, so has FaceBook and Linkedin. So from a social perspective, we already spend time in the cloud, but what about business? How will the landscape of business change? What moral and ethical issues (not to mention legal) will the cloud have on the way we conduct business?
I am in the process of gathering data and articles for a literature review, so if anyone has anything they think might help to define this topic I would greatly appreciate a link to it.
Thanks for your comments.

Note: I posted this in the Philosophy Network on Linkedin.

An interesting read!

I have been reading a book called, "The Matrix and Philosophy" which is edited by William Irwin. It relates the popular Matrix film to ancient and modern philosophy. I am currently in the middle, but thus far I am finding it to be quite thought provoking. I am going to finish it up in the next few days and I will post my thoughts on it then. If you are interested I found it at Barnes and Noble and its ISBN# is 0-8126-9501-1. If you read it please let me know what you think.

How will the future be impacted by the "Cloud"?

I am interested in how philosophy will change based on Cloud computing. Technology is moving forward at breakneck speeds and I ponder whether we are looking into how this will impact our philosophy and way of life. I am writing this to get the discussion going. I feel that the implications of Cloud computing will shift the paradigm of our way of thinking and our way of life. Some would argue that it already has; and I would agree, except that I believe the change has just begun. The way ahead will be an interesting journey.
